The Thousand Eyes and Hands of the Goddess of Mercy
This carnival boasts 25 different lanterns, with 7 would-be Malaysian record-holders. It is the first ever held in Malaysia, situated at the National Sports Complex in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. Entrance fee is RM5 per adult, and the lanterns are lighted up only after the sun goes down.
